This drug is used to treat the symptom of dry mouth in patients with Sjogren's Syndrome. Cevimeline increases the activity of glands in the mouth and skin (e.g., salivary and sweat glands). OTHER USES: This medication may also be used for dry mouth symptoms due to other causes.
