Carbetapentane/decongestant/antihistamine - oral

Tetra Tannate Usage: Carbetapentane is a cough suppressant. Decongestants relieve nasal stuffiness. Antihistamines relieve runny nose, sneezing, itchy nose & throat & itchy, watery eyes. it combination med is used to treat symptoms associated with common cold, allergies, hay fever, sinusitis & another respiratory illnesses.

How to use Tetra Tannate: Take this drug as prescribed. Be sure to follow instructions closely. don't increase you're dose or take this more often than directed. it drug is best swallowed whole with a full glass of water.

Tetra Tannate side effects: Dizziness, headache, loss of appetite, nausea or dry mouth may occur 1st several days as your body adjusts to medication. Flushing, sun sensitivity & nervousness may also occur. If any about these effects continue or become bothersome, inform your pharmacist. To avoid dizziness & lightheadedness when rising from a seated or lying position, get up slowly. Also limit some your intake about alcoholic beverages which will aggravate these effects. Notify your physician if you develop: chest pain, rapid pulse, skin rash, high blood pressure, tremors, hallucinations. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact you're healthcare professional or healthcare professional.

Tetra Tannate Precautions: Tell your physician if you have: kidney disease, heart disease, lung disease (e.g., asthma, emphysema), HBP, an overactive thyroid, diabetes, glaucoma, prostate trouble, parkinsonism, myasthenia gravis, depression, allergies (especially drug allergies). this drug should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss risks and benefits with youre pharmacist. since small amounts of this med are found in breast milk, consult your doctor before breast-feeding.

Tetra Tannate drug interactions: Tell your pharmacist of any over-the-counter or prescription medication you may take, including: blood pressure drugs, antidepressants, sedatives, tranquilizers, sleeping tablets, MAO inhibitors (e.g., linezolid, furazolidone, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine), narcotic pain medications (e.g., codeine). Limit your intake of alcoholic beverages while taking it medication. do not start or stop any medicine without physician or pharmacist approval.

Tetra Tannate Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms about overdose may include nausea, vomiting, irregular heartbeat, seizures, large pupils, dry mouth, hot and flushed skin, drowsiness, deep sleep or loss of consciousness, and slowed or rapid breathing.

Tetra Tannate special notes: Drink plenty about fluids, especially water while taking it tablet. this will help to break up mucus and clear congestion.

If you missed Tetra Tannate dose: If you miss a dose, take it as soon as remembered; do not take this if it is near time for next dose, instead, skip missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.

Tetra Tannate Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat & light. do not store at the bathroom.
