    Diphenhydramine - oral

    (dye-fen-hi-druh-meen)

    Simular Drugs : Sleep, Sleep Aid, Sleep Aid, Sleep Aid, Sleep Ettes D, Sleep Eze 3, Sleep Formula, Sleep Tablet, Sleep Tabs, Sleepgels, Sleeping Tablet

    Sleepgels Usage: it pill provides relief of symptoms of allergic reactions such as rash, hives, watery eyes, runny nose, itchy eyes & sneezing. Also used to treat motion sickness, anxiety, tension, sleeplessness or involuntary movements due to the side effects of certain psychiatric drugs.

    How to use Sleepgels: May be taken with food or milk if stomach upset occurs. Follow doctor's instructions. do not take more than recommended.

    Sleepgels side effects: may cause drowsiness, dizziness, headache, loss of appetite, stomach upset, vision changes, irritability, dry mouth and nose. These effects should subside as your body adjusts to the medication. If these effects persist or worsen, inform some your pharmacist. Notify your healthcare professional if you develop: breathing difficulties, pounding or irregular heartbeat, ringing in ears, difficulty urinating. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your healthcare professional or pharmacist.

    Sleepgels Precautions: don't take for several days before allergy testing as test results canbe affected. Tell your doctor some your medical history, especially of: asthma, glaucoma, ulcers, difficulty urinating (due to an enlarged prostate gland), heart disease, HBP, seizures, an overactive thyroid gland. Change from seated or lying position slowly to avoid dizziness. Use caution at performing activities requiring alertness. Limit alcohol intake or other sedating medications to avoid excessive drowsiness. do not give regular pills or oral liquid to child younger than six years of age unless directed to do so by physician. this med must be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss risks & benefits with you're doctor. Because it tablet appears in breast milk, consult some your doctor before breast-feeding.

    Sleepgels drug interactions: Tell youre doctor of every prescription & nonprescription medications you may use, especially of: sleeping meds, sedatives, tranquilizers, muscle relaxants, medication for depression, anti-seizure medications, narcotic pain pill (e.g., codeine), other medications since colds/hay fever/allergies. do not take if you have taken any MAO inhibitors (e.g., furazolidone, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine) within last two weeks. check labels on all your medicines because they may also contain diphenhydramine. this includes diphenhydramine either taken by mouth or applied to skin (e.g., anti-itch cream, ointment, or spray). Ask your pharmacist about safe use ofthose products. don't start or stop any medicine without healthcare professional or pharmacist approval.

    Sleepgels Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact youre local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include drowsiness, dizziness, dry mouth, flushing, fever, weakness, tremor, muscle twitching, loss of consciousness, & seizures. in kid, excitement may occur 1-st followed by loss of coordination, drowsiness, loss about consciousness, & seizures.

    Sleepgels special notes: do not share this product with others.

    If you missed Sleepgels dose: If you miss dose, take as soon as remembered; don't take if It's almost time since next dose, instead, skip missed dose & resume you're usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.

    Sleepgels Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (between 15 & 30 degrees C) away from moisture & sunlight. do not store in the bathroom. do not freeze liquid forms of this medication.

    Medical alert: youre condition can cause complications in medical emergency.
