Antipyrine with benzocaine - otic

Benzopirin Usage: this medication contains benzocaine, topical anesthetic which numbs the skin, & antipyrine, pain reliever. Its used to relieve pain and discomfort of certain ear problems.

How to use Benzopirin: this drug is used in ears as directed. To administer properly, lie on youre side or tilt head so the ear faces up. Put prescribed number of drops into the ear using the dropper provided. don't insert the dropper into ear and avoid touching the dropper to ear or any other surface. To allow the drops to run in to the ear canal, hold earlobe up & back in adults & down & back in children. Keep the ear tilted for 1 to two minutes. soft cotton plug may be gently inserted into the ear to keep ear drops in place. Use plug only if directed to do so.

Benzopirin side effects: Minor stinging, burning or tenderness of the ear may occur when it is 1'st used. If any about these effects continue or become bothersome, or if your symptoms don't improve within few days, inform your physician. Notify your doctor if any of following effects occur: irritation, rash, itching. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your physician or physician.

Benzopirin Precautions: Tell your pharmacist if you have any of the next conditions: infection, any allergies. this tablet should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy or while breast-feeding. Discuss risks and benefits with youre doctor.

Benzopirin drug interactions: Tell you're physician of any over-the-counter or prescription drug you may take. do not start or stop any medicine without pharmacist or pharmacist approval.

Benzopirin Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact youre local poison control center or emergency room immediately. this medicine may be harmful if swallowed. If you or someone you know may have taken this medicine by mouth, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately.

Benzopirin special notes: for comfort, drops may be warmed to body temperature by rolling the bottle in your hands since a few minutes before using them. do not heat in microwave or place at hot water.

If you missed Benzopirin dose: If you miss dose, take as soon as remembered; do not take if it is almost clock for the next dose, instead, skip the missed dose & resume some your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.

Benzopirin Storage: Store at room temperature away from sunlight & moisture. Avoid freezing.
