Roxanol 100 Usage: this medication is used to relieve moderate to severe pain.

How to use Roxanol 100: To prevent upset stomach, take with food or milk. Pain tablets work best in preventing pain before this occurs. once pain becomes intense, the drug is not as effective in relieving it. Take this as prescribed. do not increase your dose, take this more frequently or use it for longer period of time without your doctor's approval. Also, if used for a long period of time at high doses, do not suddenly stop taking this without first consulting your physician. When used for extended periods, this pill may not work as well & may require different dosing. Consult you're doctor if the med isn't relieving the pain sufficiently.

Roxanol 100 side effects: can cause constipation, lightheadedness, dizziness, drowsiness, stomach upset, nausea, & flushing first some days as you're body adjusts to medication. If these symptoms persist or become bothersome, inform youre doctor. To minimize constipation, increase your intake of fiber, drink plenty about water, and exercise. Stool softeners may be helpful. Ask some your doctor or pharmacist of stool softeners & laxatives. Notify your doctor if you develop: irregular heartbeat, anxiety, tremors, seizures. in the unlikely part you have an allergic reaction to this drug, seek healthcare professional attention immediately. Symptoms of an allergic reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, trouble breathing. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your healthcare professional or pharmacist.

Roxanol 100 Precautions: Tell your doctor if you allergic to any other narcotic pain medicine or have had substance abuse problems. Use caution engaging at activities requiring alertness. Alcoholic beverages or other sedatives may add to the effects of this drug causing dizziness or drowsiness. Ask your pharmacist or pharmacist about the use of alcohol. Caution is advised when using this med in elderly because they may be more sensitive to effects of the med. this med must be used only when clearly needed during pregnancy. Roxanol 100 med interactions: Tell your physician about all prescription & nonprescription medications you may be using especially: MAO inhibitors (e.g., furazolidone, linezolid, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine), psychiatric drugs, tranquilizers, sleep medications, zidovudine, rifampin, other narcotic pain relievers, barbiturates, cimetidine, anti-seizure drugs, antihistamines (e.g., diphenhydramine), alcohol. do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.

Roxanol 100 Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact youre local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include slow or shallow breathing, slow heart rate, small pupils, severe drowsiness, or unconsciousness.

Roxanol 100 special notes: do not share this medication with others. Its against the law.

If you missed Roxanol 100 dose: If you miss dose, take as soon as remembered; do not take if It's almost clock for next dose, instead, skip the missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.

Roxanol 100 Storage: Store at room temperature away from light & moisture. do not store in the bathroom.
