Dextromethorphan/decongestant/antihistamine - oral

Triacting Night time Usage: Dextromethorphan is cough suppressant. Decongestants relieve nasal stuffiness. Antihistamines relieve runny nose, sneezing, itchy nose & throat and itchy, watery eyes. this combination med is used to treat symptoms associated with common cold, allergies, hay fever, sinusitis and another respiratory illnesses.

How to use Triacting Night time: Take this drug as prescribed. Be sure to follow instructions closely. don't increase your dose or take this more often than directed. Capsules & long-acting pills must be swallowed whole with a full glass of water. do not crush or chew them. long action will be destroyed & chance of side effects will be increased. liquid suspension form of it medication should be shaken well before using.

Triacting Night time side effects: Dizziness, headache, loss about appetite, nausea or dry mouth may occur first few days as your body adjusts to medication. If any about these effects continue or become bothersome, inform your healthcare professional. To relieve dry mouth, suck on (sugarless) hard candy or ice chips, chew (sugarless) gum, drink water or use saliva substitute. To avoid dizziness & lightheadedness when rising from seated or lying position, get up slowly. Also limit some your intake about alcoholic beverages which will aggravate these effects. Notify some your doctor if you develop any of following effects while using it med: chest pain, rapid pulse, skin rash, high blood pressure, tremors, nervousness, hallucinations. If you notice another effects not listed above, contact youre doctor or pharmacist.

Triacting Night time Precautions: Tell your pharmacist your medical history, especially of: kidney disease, heart disease, lung disease, asthma, emphysema, high blood pressure, overactive thyroid, diabetes, glaucoma, prostate trouble, depression, any allergies. check it product's ingredient list for phenylpropanolamine (PPA). the FDA has issued warnings regarding PPA side effects. Consult your pharmacist promptly if it contains PPA or if you uncertain this product has PPA. this medication should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risks & benefits with some your pharmacist. since small amounts about this pill are found in breast milk, consult your doctor before breast-feeding.

Triacting Night time tablet interactions: Tell you're pharmacist of any over-the-counter or prescription pill you may take including: blood pressure med, antidepressants, sedatives, tranquilizers, sleeping pills, MAO inhibitors (e.g., furazolidone, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine), narcotic pain medications (e.g., codeine). Limit some your intake of alcoholic beverages while taking this drug. do not start or stop any medicine without pharmacist or doctor approval.

Triacting Night time Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms about overdose may include nausea, vomiting, drowsiness, loss of coordination, slow or shallow breathing, sweating, dizziness, headache, hyperactivity, bizarre behavior, seizures, slow or fast heartbeat, or unconsciousness.

Triacting Night time special notes: Drink plenty of fluids, especially water while taking this med. this will help to break up mucus & clear congestion.

If you missed Triacting Night time dose: If you miss dose, take it as soon as remembered; do not take this if this is near time for the following dose, instead, skip the missed dose & resume youre usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.

Triacting Night time Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat and light. do not store in the bathroom.
