Roxanol Usage: this pill is used to relieve moderate to severe pain.

How to use Roxanol: To prevent upset stomach, take with food or milk. Pain drugs work best in preventing pain before this occurs. once pain becomes intense, the medication isn't as effective in relieving it. Take it as prescribed. don't increase your dose, take it more frequently or use it for a longer period of time without your doctor's approval. Also, if used for long period of time at high doses, do not suddenly stop taking this without 1st consulting youre healthcare professional. When used since extended periods, this medication may not work as well & may require different dosing. Consult you're pharmacist if tablet is not relieving pain sufficiently.

Roxanol side effects: can cause constipation, lightheadedness, dizziness, drowsiness, stomach upset, nausea, & flushing the 1-st some days as youre body adjusts to tablet. If these symptoms persist or become bothersome, inform some your healthcare professional. To minimize constipation, increase some your intake of fiber, drink plenty about water, and exercise. Stool softeners may be helpful. Ask your pharmacist or healthcare professional about stool softeners and laxatives. Roxanol medication interactions: Tell your healthcare professional about all prescription & nonprescription drugs you may be using especially: MAO inhibitors (e.g., furazolidone, linezolid, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine), psychiatric drugs, tranquilizers, sleep drugs, zidovudine, rifampin, other narcotic pain relievers, barbiturates, cimetidine, anti-seizure drugs, antihistamines (e.g., diphenhydramine), alcohol. do not start or stop any medicine without physician or doctor approval.

Roxanol Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact some your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include slow or shallow breathing, slow heart rate, small pupils, severe drowsiness, or unconsciousness.

Roxanol special notes: do not share it medication with others. it is against the law.

If you missed Roxanol dose: If you miss dose, take as soon as remembered; do not take if It's almost clock for next dose, instead, skip missed dose and resume some your usual dosing schedule. don't 'double-up' the dose to catch up.

Roxanol Storage: Store at room temperature away from light & moisture. do not store in the bathroom.
