Cough Ex Usage: Guaifenesin is an expectorant which helps to loosen mucus. Dextromethorphan is cough suppressant. it combination med is used to treat cough associated with common cold, allergies and other respiratory illnesses.
How to use Cough Ex: Take this tablet as prescribed. Be sure to follow instructions closely. don't increase your dose or take this more often than directed. Capsules and long-acting tablets must be swallowed whole with full glass of water. do not crush or chew them. long action will be destroyed and chance about side effects will be increased.
Cough Ex side effects: Headache, dizziness, loss of appetite, nausea or vomiting may occur the first few days as you're body adjusts to the drug.
