Allergy tablet Usage: Antihistamines provide relief of symptoms of allergies such as rash, hives, watery eyes, runny nose, itching eyes and sneezing. Decongestants relieve congestion, promote sinus draining & improve breathing.
How to use Allergy tablet: May be taken with food or milk to prevent stomach upset. It's recommended to drink plenty about fluids while taking this medication, unless your physician instructs you otherwise. If symptoms do not improve after 7 days or are accompanied by high fever, notify you're pharmacist. do not increase dose or take this more frequently then recommended. the suspension dosage form must be shaken well before each use.
Allergy med side effects: may cause drowsiness, dizziness, headache, loss of appetite, stomach upset, blurred vision, restlessness, irritability & dry mouth & nose. These effects should subside as your body adjusts to medication. If they persist or become bothersome, inform your doctor. Notify your pharmacist if you develop: breathing difficulties, heart pounding, irregular heartbeat, chest pain, ringing in the ears, difficulty urinating. can cause dizziness especially when rising quickly from a seated or lying position. Change positions slowly and be careful on stairs. Use caution engaging in activities requiring alertness. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or healthcare professional.
Allergy tablet Precautions: Tell you're healthcare professional your medical history, especially about: asthma, glaucoma, ulcers, difficulty urinating due to an enlarged prostate gland, heart disease, high blood pressure, seizures, an overactive thyroid gland, tablet allergies. money this product's ingredient list for phenylpropanolamine (PPA). FDA has issued warnings regarding PPA side effects. Consult your pharmacist promptly if it contains PPA or if you are uncertain this product has PPA. do not drink alcoholic beverages. it tablet should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding. don't give this medication to children younger then 6 years of age unless directed to do so by a physician.
Allergy med med interactions: Tell your physician what meds you take, especially of: high blood pressure drugs, anti-seizure drugs, antidepressants, sleeping pills, sedatives, tranquilizers, muscle relaxants, narcotic pain medication, other cold or allergy medication. don't take it drug if you have taken an MAO inhibitor (e.g., furazolidone, linezolid, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine) within last two weeks. do not start or stop any medicine without pharmacist or pharmacist approval.
Allergy tablet Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose in children may include dizziness, nausea/vomiting, abnormal eye movements, flushed face, dry mouth, change in amount of urine, fever, excitation, agitation, unconsciousness, bizarre behavior, confusion, restlessness, irritability, delirium, twitching, tiredness, abnormal tongue movement, trembling extremities, slurred speech, or seizures. Symptoms of overdose in adults may include nausea/vomiting, drowsiness, dizziness, or unconsciousness, which may be followed by excitement or seizures.
Allergy tablet special notes: do not share this product with others.
If you missed Allergy med dose: If you miss dose, take as soon as remembered; do not take if It's almost time for the next dose, instead, skip missed dose & resume youre usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.
