Embeline Usage: this drug is used to treat swelling, inflammation, or itching of skin conditions such as eczema, dermatitis, rashes, insect bites, poison ivy, allergies & other irritations.
How to use Embeline: Clean & dry the affected region before applying the pill. To apply, gently massage very small amount bit of medication into affected region & surrounding skin. do not bandage, wrap or cover the region treated unless you are instructed to do so by your doctor. don't use plastic pants or tight fitting diapers on children being treated with it medication in the diaper area. Avoid using this med around the eyes unless directed to do so by you're pharmacist.
Embeline side effects: this med can cause burning, stinging, itching, or redness when 1-st applied to skin. it should disappear in few days as your body adjusts to drug. this drug may also cause skin thinning & discoloration. If any of these effects persist or worsen, inform your doctor. Skin infections can become worse when using it medication. Notify you're doctor if redness, swelling or irritation does not improve. Very unlikely to occur but report promptly next side effects: unusual weakness, weight loss, nausea/vomiting, fainting, dizziness. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.
Embeline Precautions: do not use this medication near eyes if you have glaucoma. Treatment with clobetasol, halobetasol propionate & augmented betamethasone dipropionate beyond two weeks consecutively is not recommended. don't use if they're is an infection or sores present on area to be treated. Though very unlikely, It's possible it medication will be absorbed into youre bloodstream. this may have undesirable consequences that may require additional corticosteroid treatment. this is especially true for kid & for those who have used this since an extended period if they also have serious medical problems such as serious infections, injuries or surgeries. this precaution applies for up to one year after stopping use of this medication. Consult your doctor or physician for more details. it medication should be used cautiously during pregnancy and only if clearly needed. Discuss the benefits & risks with youre doctor. Small amounts of this medication may appear in breast milk. Consult with your pharmacist before breast-feeding.
Embeline medication interactions: Tell you're doctor of all meds you may use, (both prescription and nonprescription), especially about: prednisone (or similar drugs), other skin medicines. do not start or stop any medicine without healthcare professional or pharmacist approval.
Embeline Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact you're local poison control center or emergency room immediately. it medicine may be harmful if swallowed.
Embeline special notes: Inform all your physicians you use (or have used) this medication. do not share this med with others.
If you missed Embeline dose: If you miss dose, use this as soon as remembered; do not use if it is almost time for following dose, instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' the dose to catch up.
Embeline Storage: Store in room temperature away from sunlight. Avoid freezing.
Medical alert: your condition can cause complications in a medical emergency.
