Adrenalin helps the body to cope with such a stressful situation by giving the individual the fight- or- flight feeling or the will to contest the panic or to find means and ways to avoid the situation. This release of Adrenalin results in the increase of palpitations of the heart and fast breathing and the symptoms of tightening of the chest is an indicator of a panic attack starting.
As the doctors say, reducing stress in ones life is the best way to prevent panic attacks from occurring in the future. Meditation is the most recommended way of reducing and overcoming stress as is regular physical exercise.Contol and reduction of stress would greatly reduce if not totally purge the onset of panic attacks.

Once you are able to properly cope with stress, the occurrence of a panic attack will be greatly reduced, if not eliminated altogether.
