Acebutolol HCL Usage: this medication is used since chest pain (angina), high blood pressure & irregular heartbeats.
How to use Acebutolol HCL: Take this drug exactly as prescribed. Try to take it in the same times each day. don't suddenly stop taking this med without consulting your doctor. some conditions may become worse when drug is suddenly stopped.
Acebutolol HCL side effects: You may experience dizziness, lightheadedness, drowsiness, and blurred vision as your body adjusts to drug. Use caution engaging in activities requiring alertness. Because beta-blockers may reduce blood circulation to the extremities, you're hands & feet may be cold. Dress warm. Inform some your pharmacist if you develop: simple bruising or bleeding, swollen hands or feet, confusion, depression, sore throat. in the unlikely part you have an allergic reaction to this medication, seek healthcare attention immediately. Symptoms of an allergic reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, trouble breathing. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact youre pharmacist or pharmacist.
Acebutolol HCL Precautions: Before taking it drug, tell youre pharmacist if you have history of: heart disease, kidney disease, liver disease, asthma, bronchitis, emphysema, any other lung disease, diabetes, overactive thyroid gland, any drug allergies. Before having surgery, tell the physician or dentist in charge that you are taking beta-blocker. this drug should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss risks & benefits with you're healthcare professional. this drug is excreted into breast milk & though no problems have been noted, possibility for adverse effects to the infant exists. Consult your healthcare professional before breast-feeding.
Acebutolol HCL tablet interactions: Tell your doctor of all prescription & nonprescription medications you may use, especially of: diuretics, cold preparations & nasal decongestants, reserpine, other heart or HBP drugs, St John's wort. don't start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.
Acebutolol HCL Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include unusually quick or slow heartbeat, dizziness, slow or shallow breathing, seizures, unconsciousness, weakness, or fatigue.
Acebutolol HCL special notes: you're pharmacist may want you to take your pulse each day while you take this drug. Learn how to monitor your pulse.
If you missed Acebutolol HCL dose: If you miss dose, take as soon as remembered but not if Its within 4 hours of next dose (8 hours since penbutolol, atenolol, nadolol). If it is, skip the missed dose & resume some your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.
Acebutolol HCL Storage: Store in room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (between 15 & 30 degrees C) away from moisture & sunlight. do not store in the bathroom.
