Female, Age : 41-50 years old , Reason : fibromyalgia, chronic back and neck pain, peripheral neuropathy of feet.
Side Effects : dry mouth. constipation
Review : i am currently taking 100mg mscontin a day, 30mg instant relief 4-5 times a day mscontin 3 times and 2400mg neurontin a day and clonazapam. I still have a lot pain I have had fibro for 14 years and neuropathy for just the last year. I believe a person gets immuned to medication and then it is time to try a different medication. Opana works great but it is extremely expensive (no one can afford it) BUT they just came out with a generic of opana. I am in the process if finding out how much it is and if my doctor will order the generic. Good luck! Yes, I am on SSDI and received it the first time I applied. So for those of you that have similar pain and diagnosis keep that in mind when working gets to become too much. I was lucky enough to be able to work for many of the fourteen years of being diagnosed but there comes a time when a person has to say when.
