Norpace Cr Usage: it medication is used to treat irregular heart rhythms (arrhythmias).
How to use Norpace Cr: this is best taken with full glass of water on an empty stomach one hour before or two hours after meals. If stomach upset occurs, this may be taken with food. Sustained-release tablets & capsules must be swallowed whole. do not crush or chew them. this medication works best when theyre is constant level about the tablet at your body. To do it, take each dose as prescribed at evenly spaced intervals throughout day & night. Try to take each dose in the same time each day. do not stop taking this medication without consulting you're healthcare professional. several conditions may worsen if drug is stopped suddenly.
Norpace Cr side effects: Blurred vision, dry mouth, constipation, difficulty urinating or dizziness may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, contact your physician. Inform your doctor if you develop: chest pain, rapid heartbeat, confusion, simple bruising or bleeding, breathing difficulties, rash. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your healthcare professional or physician.
Norpace Cr Precautions: Tell your doctor your medical history, especially: muscle problems (myasthenia gravis), high blood pressure, glaucoma (or a family history of glaucoma), heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease, prostate or urinating problems, any allergies. Because it tablet can cause dizziness, use caution performing activities requiring alertness (e.g., driving) and limit alcohol consumption. this medication must be used only when clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risks and benefits with your doctor. Disopyramide is excreted into breast milk. Though there have been no reports to date about harm to nursing infants, consult your pharmacist before breast-feeding.
Norpace Cr drug interactions: Before you take this drug, tell your physician of any over-the-counter or prescription medications you taking, especially: phenobarbital, phenytoin, procainamide, propranolol, quinidine, warfarin, rifampin, macrolide antibiotics (e.g., clarithromycin, erythromycin), quinolone antibiotics (e.g., gatifloxacin, moxifloxacin), cisapride, mizolastine. do not start or stop any medicine without physician or pharmacist approval.
Norpace Cr Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact youre local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose include unconsciousness, low blood pressure, seizures, and change in heart rhythm.
Norpace Cr special notes: your doctor may want you to take you're pulse each day while you take it medication. Learn how to monitor your pulse. To evaluate the effectiveness of this drug, your doctor may periodically take a blood sample to measure amount of the med in your body. do not allow anyone else to take this medication.
If you missed Norpace Cr dose: If you miss dose, take as soon as remembered unless the following scheduled dose is within 4 hours. If so, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.
Norpace Cr Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (between 15 & 30 degrees C) away from moisture & sunlight. don't store in bathroom.
