Voltaren Usage: this tablet is used to treat inflammation & swelling in eye next cataract surgery.
Voltaren can be used also for: this drug may also be used since other eye conditions/swelling.
How to use Voltaren: for best effects, this med should be used as directed. To apply eye drops, wash hands first. To avoid contamination, be careful not to touch the dropper or let it touch your eye. Tilt your head back, gaze upward and pull down the lower eyelid to make pouch. Place dropper directly over eye and administer the prescribed number of drops. see downward & gently close you're eye since 1 to 2 minutes. Place one finger in corner of eye near the nose & apply gentle pressure. this will prevent med from draining away from eye. Try not to blink and do not rub the eye. do not rinse the dropper. If you using other kind of eye drop, wait in least five minutes before applying other medications.
Voltaren side effects: it tablet may temporarily sting your eyes for minute or two when applied. If stinging continues or becomes bothersome, inform youre doctor. Vision may be temporarily blurred or unstable after applying eye drops. Use caution if driving or performing duties requiring clear vision. Notify your physician immediately if you develop: skin rash, itching/redness/pain around the eyes, vision problems. it drug may cause nausea, vomiting or stomach upset. If you notice another effects not listed above, contact your pharmacist or physician.
Voltaren Precautions: Tell your pharmacist if you have any of next conditions: bleeding disorders, previous eye surgery, certain eye diseases (cornea-related), diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, asthma, nasal polyps, any allergies - especially aspirin/NSAID allergy (e.g., ibuprofen, celecoxib). this drug should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risks & benefits with youre healthcare professional. it isn't known if this medication is found in breast milk. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.
Voltaren pill interactions: Tell your healthcare professional about any over-the-counter or prescription drug you may use, including: other eye medications, other NSAID drugs (e.g. aspirin, ibuprofen), 'blood thinners' (e.g., warfarin, heparin). do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.
Voltaren Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact some your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. it medicine may be harmful if swallowed.
Voltaren special notes: this pill has caused redness & burning of eyes in persons wearing soft contact lenses.
If you missed Voltaren dose: If you miss dose, use it as soon as remembered; do not use it if this is near the clock for next dose, instead, skip the missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.
Voltaren Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat & light. Discard this if the solution turns brown, cloudy or contains particles.
