Proventil Usage: it drug relaxes the smooth muscle at the lungs & dilates airways to improve breathing. It's used in treatment of asthma, chronic bronchitis or emphysema.
How to use Proventil: Oral medication may be taken with food or milk if stomach upset occurs. Take this medication exactly as prescribed. do not take this more frequently with out you're doctor's approval. Excessive use may result in decreased efficacy & increased side effects.
Proventil side effects: Dizziness, headache, lightheadedness, heartburn, loss about appetite, altered taste sensation, restlessness, anxiety, nervousness, trembling or sweating may occur but should subside as your body adjust to drug. If these symptoms persist or worsen, inform you're healthcare professional. Notify your pharmacist if you experience: chest pain, palpitations, vomiting, breathing difficulties. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your pharmacist or physician.
Proventil Precautions: Tell your doctor if you have: heart disease, high blood pressure, an overactive thyroid gland, epilepsy, diabetes. If you missed Proventil dose: If you miss a dose, take as soon as remembered; do not take if it is almost time for the following dose, instead, skip the missed dose & resume you're usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' the dose to catch up.
Proventil Storage: Store at room temperature away from sunlight & moisture. some products may require refrigeration. watch packaging since exact storage directions, or money with your physician.
