Klonopin Usage: this medication is used to treat seizure disorders or panic attacks.

How to use Klonopin: Take it medication exactly as prescribed. Try to take it at same clock each day so you get in the habit of taking it. this medication may be taken with or without meals. However, if stomach upset occurs, take it with food. Use this med exactly as directed by your healthcare professional. do not increase your dose, use it more frequently or use it for longer period about time than prescribed because this drug canbe habit-forming. Also, if used since an extended period, don't suddenly stop using this drug without your doctor's approval. Over time, it drug may not work as well. Consult your healthcare professional if this drug stops working well.

Klonopin side effects: Indigestion, change in appetite, nausea, seizures, drowsiness, dizziness, headache, tiredness or weakness may occur. Mood changes, sleeplessness, excessive hair growth or loss about hair, blurred vision, dry mouth, sore gums, change in sex drive, muscle pain, & weight changes may also occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, inform youre pharmacist. Notify you're physician if you develop: double vision, unusual eye movements, severe weakness, increased salivation, hallucinations, loss of coordination, a rapid or pounding heartbeat, difficulty speaking. in the unlikely chapter you have an allergic reaction to this drug, seek immediate medical attention. Symptoms of an allergic reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, trouble breathing. If you notice another effects not listed above, contact your doctor or physician.

Klonopin Precautions: Tell your doctor you're medical history, especially of: liver disease, kidney disease, glaucoma, lung disease, breathing disorders, any allergies you may have. Because this med may cause drowsiness, dizziness and/or blurred vision, use caution operating machinery such as driving. Clonazepam isnot recommended for use during pregnancy. Consult you're pharmacist before using it. it drug is excreted into breast milk & may have undesirable effects on nursing infant. Consult your pharmacist before you breast feed.

Klonopin pill interactions: Tell your doctor of all prescription & nonprescription drug you may use, especially of: cimetidine, disulfiram, narcotic pain relievers, sedatives, certain antidepressants (e.g., nefazodone & 'SSRIs' such as fluoxetine), anti-seizure medications. Limit alcohol intake while taking it drug because excessive drowsiness may occur. don't start or stop any medicine without physician or healthcare professional approval.

Klonopin Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact youre local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include confusion, slow reflexes, clumsiness, deep sleep, & loss of consciousness.

Klonopin special notes: Laboratory tests may be done periodically while taking this medication to monitor effects. see your pharmacist regularly.

If you missed Klonopin dose: Try to take each dose at scheduled time. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as remembered; do not take this if It's near time for the following dose, instead, skip missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. do not double dose to catch up.

Klonopin Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat & light. do not store at bathroom.
