Pancof Pd Usage: Decongestants relieve nasal stuffiness. the low-dose narcotic antitussive helps control cough. the antihistamine is since relief from sneezing, runny nose, water eyes. this combination product is used to treat symptoms associated with common colds, allergies, hay fever & other respiratory illnesses.
How to use Pancof Pd: Take this medication as prescribed. Be sure to follow instructions closely. do not increase your dose or take this more many about times than directed. this medication is best taken with full glass of water after meal or snack.
Pancof Pd side effects: Dizziness, drowsiness, headache, loss of appetite, nausea, stomach upset or dry mouth may occur 1'st several days as youre body adjusts to med. If any about these effects continue or become bothersome, inform your doctor. To avoid dizziness and lightheadedness when rising from a seated or lying position, get up slowly. Also limit some your intake of alcoholic beverages which will aggravate these effects. Notify you're pharmacist if you develop: chest pain, rapid pulse, skin rash, high blood pressure, difficulty urinating, tremors, nervousness, hallucinations, breathing trouble. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or doctor.
Pancof Pd Precautions: Tell your physician if you have: kidney disease, heart disease, lung disease, asthma, emphysema, HBP, an overactive thyroid, diabetes, glaucoma, prostate trouble, depression, a history of drug dependency, any allergies. Use caution performing tasks requiring alertness if this medication causes you to feel drowsy. check this product's ingredient list for phenylpropanolamine (PPA). FDA has issued warnings regarding PPA side effects. Consult your pharmacist promptly if it contains PPA or if you uncertain this product has PPA. this medication should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risks & benefits with some your doctor. for small amounts of this tablet are found in breast milk, consult your physician before breast-feeding.
Pancof Pd drug interactions: Tell your doctor of any over-the-counter or prescription medication you may take, including: blood pressure medications, antidepressants, sedatives, tranquilizers, sleeping meds, MAO inhibitors (e.g., furazolidone, linezolid, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine), cimetidine, narcotic pain med (e.g., codeine). Limit youre intake about alcoholic beverages while taking this medication. do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or healthcare professional approval.
Pancof Pd Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms about overdose may include drowsiness, headache, dizziness, weakness, profuse sweating, slow or quick heartbeat, slow or shallow breathing, hyperactivity, fever, seizures, or unconsciousness.
Pancof Pd special notes: Drink plenty of fluids, especially water while taking it med. it will help to break up mucus and clear congestion.
If you missed Pancof Pd dose: If you miss dose, take it as soon as remembered; do not take it if it is near time for next dose, instead, skip the missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' the dose to catch up.
Pancof Pd Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat and light. do not store in bathroom.
