Mycelex 3 Usage: this drug is used to treat vaginal fungal infections.
How to use Mycelex 3: Follow the instructions provided with drug. Fill applicator that comes with cream to level indicated or unwrap pill or suppository, wet it with lukewarm water and place it on the applicator as shown in printed instructions. Insert applicator as directed & push the plunger to release medication. If applicator is reusable, pull it apart & clean it with soap and warm water after each use. Use sanitary napkin to prevent clothing stains. do not use a tampon since it will absorb drug. don't douche with-out consulting your doctor. Continue to use drug as prescribed for full time prescribed. If you get your menstrual period, continue treatment.
Mycelex 3 side effects: this drug can cause burning, stinging or itching of the skin or vagina. If these symptoms persist or get worse, contact you're doctor. If your experience any of following effects, stop using this pill and contact youre doctor: stomach cramps, skin rash, hives, headache. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your healthcare professional or physician.
Mycelex 3 Precautions: Tell your doctor if you are using diaphragm as birth control. few suppositories can interact with the latex in diaphragms. it medication should be used cautiously during pregnancy only if clearly needed. it is not known if this medication appears in breast milk. Consult with your pharmacist before breast-feeding.
Mycelex 3 drug interactions: Be sure youre doctor knows what medicines you use (both prescription and nonprescription) & if you have any allergies. do not start or stop any medicine without healthcare professional or pharmacist approval.
Mycelex 3 Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. it medicine may be harmful if swallowed.
Mycelex 3 special notes: this medication is prescribed for your current condition only. do not use it since another infection or share it with someone else. other infection later on may require a different drug.
If you missed Mycelex 3 dose: If you miss a dose, use this as soon as remembered; do not use if it is almost time for next dose, instead, skip missed dose & resume some your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' the dose to catch up.
Mycelex 3 Storage: Store at room temperature away from sunlight.
