Mycelex Usage: this drug is used to treat fungal skin infections.
How to use Mycelex: Clean & dry affected area before applying the drug. To apply, gently massage little bit of drug to affected area and surrounding skin. Continue to use medication as prescribed for full time prescribed. Stopping therapy too early may not clear the infection, causing this to return. Cover with bandage only if instructed to do so by your doctor. it may take one week before any improvement is seen. If no improvement is seen after four weeks, consult you're doctor. another tablet may be necessary. do not apply this med into the eyes, nose or mouth; use carefully when applying close to these areas.
Mycelex side effects: this pill may cause burning, stinging or redness when 1st applied to skin. it should disappear at few days as youre body adjusts to the medication. If these effects persist or worsen, inform youre healthcare professional promptly. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your pharmacist or healthcare professional.
Mycelex Precautions: Tell your doctor youre medical history, especially about: other skin conditions, any allergies. Before using this drug, tell your doctor if you pregnant or planning pregnancy, or breast-feeding.
Mycelex drug interactions: Tell your physician of all prescription & nonprescription drugs you may use, especially of: other skin products. don't start or stop any medicine without healthcare professional or pharmacist approval.
Mycelex Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. it medicine may be harmful if swallowed.
Mycelex special notes: it drug is prescribed for your current condition only. do not use it for another infection or share this with someone else. another infection later on may require different medicine.
If you missed Mycelex dose: If you miss dose, apply as soon as remembered & resume you're usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.
Mycelex Storage: Store at room temperature away from moisture & sunlight. Avoid freezing. Keep powdered form from getting wet. do not store in the bathroom. Keep out of reach about children.
