Cleocin Phosphate Usage: An antibiotic used to treat a wide variety of bacterial infections.
How to use Cleocin Phosphate: this medication is given intramuscularly or intravenously. it may be injected into large muscle such as a buttock or hip or diluted at fluid & infused slowly into vein over 30-60 minutes. Antibiotics work best when the amount of medicine in your body is kept in a constant level. Do this by using medication at evenly spaced intervals throughout day & night as prescribed. Continue to use this medication until full prescribed amount is finished even if symptoms disappear after few days. Stopping drug too early may allow bacteria to continue to grow resulting in relapse about the infection.
Cleocin Phosphate side effects: it medication can cause stomach upset, diarrhea, heartburn, cramps, weight loss, bloating, nausea and vomiting which should disappear in a several days as your body adjusts to the med. If these symptoms persist or become severe, inform some your pharmacist If diarrhea becomes problem, do not take any anti-diarrhea drugs. Symptoms include sudden gasping, low blood pressure, or very slow heartbeat. Report these symptoms to the physician immediately should they occur. If possible, preservative-free product should be used when treating neonates. Tell your pharmacist if you are pregnant before using this drug. this medication is excreted into breast milk.
