Dynacirc Usage: it drug is calcium channel blocker. Calcium is involved in blood vessel contraction. By blocking calcium, isradipine relaxes and widens the blood vessels. it is used to treat high blood pressure. Ask your pharmacist or healthcare professional about possible problems related to use of short-acting calcium channel blockers.
How to use Dynacirc: this medication must be taken as directed even if you do not feel sick. the majority of the people with high blood pressure don't have any symptoms. Try to take this medication at same times each day. don't stop taking this drug suddenly without your doctor's permission. some conditions can become worse if medication is stopped too fast. If stomach upset occurs, this drug may be taken with food or milk.
Dynacirc side effects: this drug can cause dizziness, headache & lightheadedness especially during first few days. Avoid activities requiring alertness. When you sit or lie down for while, get up slowly to allow your body to adjust & minimize dizziness. You may also experience diarrhea, heartburn, nausea, blurred vision, muscle cramps, weakness, swelling of hands or feet or flushing. These effects must disappear as your body adjusts to drug. Inform youre healthcare professional if they continue or become bothersome. Notify you're physician if you develop: breathing difficulties, swelling of hands or feet, unusual bleeding or bruising, chest pains, an irregular heartbeat. Avoid alcohol while taking this medication as it can enhance dizziness. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact you're physician or healthcare professional.
Dynacirc Precautions: Tell your healthcare professional if you have: pre-existing heart problems, liver disease, kidney disease, blood disorder. it drug should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Its not known if isradipine appears in breast milk; consult you're pharmacist before breast-feeding.
Dynacirc drug interactions: Tell youre doctor of any over-the-counter or prescription tablet you may take including: beta-blockers, intravenous (IV) calcium, blood pressure drug, digoxin, fentanyl, terfenadine or astemizole. Avoid any drugs that increase your heart-rate (the decongestants phenylephrine, pseudoephedrine & phenylpropanolamine are examples). These drugs commonly found in over-the-counter cough-and-cold products. do not eat grapefruit or drink grapefruit juice unless you're healthcare professional instructs you otherwise. do not start or stop any medicine with-out pharmacist or pharmacist approval.
Dynacirc Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact you're local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms about overdose may include dizziness, weakness, & fast heartbeat.

If you missed Dynacirc dose: Take missed dose as soon as you remember, but do not take if it is almost clock since the next dose. If so, skip missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.
Dynacirc Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (between 15 & 30 degrees C) away from moisture and sunlight. do not store in the bathroom.
