Warning: it drug must be used only for serious infections because infrequently there severe, rarely fatal, intestinal problems (pseudomembranous colitis) that can occur. Consult your pharmacist or doctor for more details. Notify your doctor immediately if you develop persistent diarrhea, abdominal or stomach pain, or blood/mucous in your stool. your doctor will decide if you require other treatment. These symptoms may occur weeks after stopping use of it drug. do not use anti-diarrhea goods or narcotic pain medications if you have these symptoms. These products may make symptoms worse. your doctor will monitor you closely while you are using it medication.

Cleocin Palmitate Usage: An antibiotic used to treat wide variety of bacterial infections.
How to use Cleocin Palmitate: Clindamycin must be taken with food and a full glass (8 oz or 240 ml) of water unless your doctor directs you otherwise. don't lie down for 30 minutes after taking this. oral solution of it product must be shaken well before using. Solution retains potency for 14 days in room temperature. Antibiotics work best when amount of medicine in your body is kept at constant level. Do this by taking the drug at evenly spaced intervals throughout day & night. Continue to take this drug until full prescribed amount is finished even if symptoms disappear after a few days. Stopping the drug too early may allow bacteria to continue to grow resulting in relapse about the infection.
Cleocin Palmitate side effects: it medication can cause stomach upset, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, heartburn, cramps, bloating & weight loss which should disappear in few days as youre body adjusts to tablet. If these symptoms persist or become severe, inform your healthcare professional. If diarrhea becomes problem, do not take any anti-diarrhea meds. Contact you're healthcare professional. Notify you're doctor if the following effects occur: rash, hives, fever. in the unlikely event you have an allergic reaction to this med, seek medical attention immediately. Symptoms of an allergic reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, trouble breathing. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your physician or doctor.
Cleocin Palmitate Precautions: Before using this drug, tell your doctor your medical history especially of: liver or kidney disease, stomach or abdominal problems (colitis), any tablet allergies. Tell you're doctor if you pregnant before using this drug. this drug is excreted into breast milk. Though no problems have been noted, consult youre doctor before breast-feeding.
Cleocin Palmitate drug interactions: Before you use it tablet, tell youre physician of any other drugs you are taking including nonprescription drugs. do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or doctor approval.
Cleocin Palmitate Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately.
Cleocin Palmitate special notes: this medication has been prescribed for your current condition only. do not use this later since another infection or give this to someone else. a different medication may be necessary in those cases.
If you missed Cleocin Palmitate dose: If you should miss dose, take it as soon as remembered unless this is almost time for next dose. If this is nearly time for following dose, skip missed dose and resume youre usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' the dose.
Cleocin Palmitate Storage: Store at room temperature away from moisture & sunlight. Follow label warnings of whether or not to refrigerate liquid forms. do not freeze. do not store in bathroom.
