    Rubesol 1000 Usage: Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) is important to body for growth, cell production, blood & nerve function. it is given to treat low levels of B12 or in conditions where requirements may be increased such as in chronic illnesses.

    How to use Rubesol 1000: this med is given by injection into a muscle or injected deeply under the skin (deep subcutaneous injection). Initially this may be given every day. Maintenance doses are usually given 1 time month.

    Rubesol 1000 side effects: Mild diarrhea, itching, temporary feeling of warmth & pain at the injection site may occur. If any of these effects continue or become bothersome, inform your pharmacist. Notify your pharmacist if you experience: breathing trouble, congestion, tightness at chest. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your healthcare professional or pharmacist.

    Rubesol 1000 Precautions: Tell your healthcare professional if you have: eye diseases, infections, any allergies. preservative (benzyl alcohol) which may be found in this product or at liquid used to mix this product (diluent) can infrequently cause serious problems (sometimes death) if given by injection to an infant during 1st months about life (neonatal period). risk is greater with lower birth weight infants and is greater with increased amounts of benzyl alcohol. Symptoms include sudden gasping, LBP, or a very slow heartbeat. Report these symptoms to the doctor immediately should they occur. If possible, preservative-free product should be used when treating neonates. this medication must be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risks and benefits with youre doctor. since small amounts of this drug found at breast milk, consult your pharmacist before breast-feeding.

    Rubesol 1000 drug interactions: Tell your pharmacist about any over-the-counter or prescription drug you may take, especially of: vitamin products, folic acid, cimetidine, potassium supplements, neomycin, colchicine. Limit intake of alcoholic beverages which can interfere with absorption about this medication. do not start or stop any medicine without pharmacist or healthcare professional approval.

    Rubesol 1000 Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately.

    Rubesol 1000 special notes: Blood tests will be done to check youre response to it tablet. it is important to maintain well balanced diet to ensure adequate intake of every vitamins and minerals.

    If you missed Rubesol 1000 dose: If you miss dose, use it as soon as remembered; do not use it if this is near time for next dose, instead, skip missed dose and resume some your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.

    Rubesol 1000 Storage: this medication is to be stored in cool, dry area away from direct light. do not store in bathroom.
