Kenalog in Orabase Usage: this medication is used to treat swelling or discomfort of mouth & gums.

How to use Kenalog in Orabase: Dab or press (do not rub) very small amount bit of paste onto area to be treated until paste adheres & a smooth, slippery video develops. cotton swab may be used to apply the paste. do not attempt to spread or rub paste in. this will only cause it to become crumbly & granular, or gritty. Apply to affected region two or three times daily after meals & in bedtime or as directed by your pharmacist. Avoid contact with eyes. treated area shouldnot be bandaged or otherwise covered or wrapped unless directed by your physician or dentist. do not use this medication if you have herpes-type infection, other infection, sores in mouth or throat, unless directed to do so by some your doctor.

Kenalog at Orabase side effects: this drug may cause burning, itching, irritation, dryness, redness, and lightening of the skin color. Mouth infections can become worse when using this drug. Notify your pharmacist or dentist if redness or irritation don't improve & if blistering or peeling is present. in the unlikely event you have an allergic reaction to this drug, seek immediate medical attention. Symptoms about an allergic reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, breathing trouble. If you notice another effects not listed above, contact youre doctor or physician.

Kenalog in Orabase Precautions: Tell your pharmacist your medical history, especially of: herpes-type infection, other infections or sores of mouth or throat, allergies. If used for an extended period of time, it is possible this drug may suppress a child's growth. Consult child's pharmacist about it. it medication should be used only when clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risks & benefits with your physician. it is not known if this topical form of triamcinolone is excreted into breast milk. Consult you're doctor before breast- feeding.

Kenalog in Orabase drug interactions: Tell youre doctor of every medicines you may use (both prescription & nonprescription), especially of: oral corticosteroids (e.g., prednisone), other dental medicines. do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or healthcare professional approval.

Kenalog in Orabase Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately.

Kenalog in Orabase special notes: this medication has been prescribed for your current condition only. do not use it later for another infection or give it to someone else. different medication may be necessary in those cases.

If you missed Kenalog in Orabase dose: Use missed dose as soon as you remember but not if It's almost clock for following dose. If Its clock for following dose, skip the missed dose & resume your regular schedule.

Kenalog in Orabase Storage: Store at room temperature & keep away from heat and sunlight.
