Adapalene - topical

Differin Usage: this tablet is used to treat acne.

How to use Differin: Wash the affected areas, then apply once a day right before bedtime. a thin video is usually enough. Avoid contact with the eyes. do not apply to inside of lips, nose or mouth. To avoid contaminating container do not touch the tip while withdrawing medicine. During the early weeks about use, acne may appear to worsen. this is due to medicine working on unseen pimples and is expected to occur. Results should be obvious after 8-12 weeks.

Differin side effects: Redness, dryness, scaling, burning & itching about skin can occur. effects usually lessen as you continue to use the medicine. If these continue or are bothersome, notify your physician. Unlikely but report: very red/irritated skin, intense burning sensation. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or healthcare professional.

Differin Precautions: Before using it drug, tell your physician if you have: allergies, sunburn. Exposure to sunlight, including sunlamps, must be minimized while using this medicine. Use of sunscreen & protective clothing will allow more sun exposure. Adapalene shouldn't be applied to cuts, scrapes, sunburned or eczema-affected skin. Particular caution is advised when you have used products containing sulfur, resorcinol or salicylic acid. Wait until effects about such goods on skin have decreased before using adapalene. it pill should be used only when clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss risks & benefits with youre physician. It's not known whether adapalene is excreted into people milk. Discuss the risks about breast-feeding with your physician.

Differin pill interactions: Tell you're pharmacist of all nonprescription or prescription medication you may take or use, especially: medicated or abrasive soaps and cleansers, soaps & cosmetics that have strong drying effect, products with significant amounts about alcohol/spices/lime. do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or physician approval.

Differin Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. this medicine may be harmful if swallowed.

Differin special notes: Use mild soap to wash your face. Ask you're pharmacist for a recommendation

If you missed Differin dose: If you miss a dose, use it as soon as you remember. If it is near time of following dose, skip the missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.

Differin Storage: Store at room temperature below 77 degrees F (25 C) away from sunlight and moisture.
