How to use Sudafed: May be taken with food or milk to prevent stomach upset. If you missed Sudafed dose: If you miss a dose, take as soon as remembered; do not take if Its almost clock for following dose, instead, skip the missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.
