Ultra Tears Usage: this drug is used to relieve dry, irritated eyes.

How to use Ultra Tears: Use this med in eye as directed. To apply eye ointment/drops: Wash hands first. To avoid contamination, be careful not to touch dropper or top of the ointment tube or let it touch your eye. Tilt your head back, gaze upward & pull down the lower eyelid to make pouch. for drops, place the dropper directly over the eye & administer prescribed number of drops. see downward & gently close you're eye for 1 to two minutes. Place one finger at corner about the eye near nose & apply gentle pressure. it will prevent medication from draining away from eye. for ointment, hold the tube directly over eye and gently squeeze a small ribbon of the ointment into the eye. Slowly roll your eye in every directions to spread the ointment. Try not to blink & do not rub eye. do not rinse dropper. Wash hands after use. If you using other eye medicines, wait at least five minutes before applying another medications.

Ultra Tears side effects: this tablet may temporarily sting your eyes when 1st applied. If it continues or becomes bothersome or condition for which this was prescribed does not improve within several days, inform your healthcare professional. Vision may be temporarily unstable since few minutes after applying this. Use caution if driving or performing duties requiring clear vision. Notify your doctor if you develop: skin rash, itching, eye pain or redness in or around eyes, headache. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact some your healthcare professional or physician.

Ultra Tears Precautions: Tell your physician if you have: other illnesses, any allergies. Tell your pharmacist if you are pregnant before using this drug. Though, to date, no problems have been noted in nursing infants, consult your doctor before you breast-feed.

Ultra Tears drug interactions: Tell youre healthcare professional of any over-the-counter or prescription medication you may use, especially about: other eye med. do not start or stop any medicine with out pharmacist or pharmacist approval.

Ultra Tears Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. this medicine may be harmful if swallowed.

Ultra Tears special notes: some products contain preservatives which may cause irritation in persons with allergies or damage soft contact lenses. Discuss various products with you're health care professional.

If you missed Ultra Tears dose: If you miss dose, use it as soon as remembered; do not use it if it is near time for following dose, instead, skip missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.

Ultra Tears Storage: Store in room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat. Discard it if solution isnt clear or colorless. Close cap tightly after each use.
