    Sulfamylon Usage: this medication is used to prevent bacterial infection at burned skin.

    How to use Sulfamylon: After cleaning affected area, apply with gloved hand once or twice daily, as directed. Burned skin should be covered with it drug in every times. for use on skin only. Duration of treatment depends on youre medical condition & response to therapy. do not stop using this drug until told to do so by some your doctor.

    Sulfamylon side effects: Pain or burning sensation may occur. If these effects persist or worsen, notify youre pharmacist promptly. Unlikely but report promptly: changes in skin appearance, blisters, bleeding, redness. Very unlikely but report promptly: fast breathing, weakness, dark urine, yellowing eyes. in the unlikely chapter you have an allergic reaction to this medication, seek immediate medical attention. Symptoms of an allergic reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, trouble breathing. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact youre doctor or physician.

    Sulfamylon Precautions: Tell your healthcare professional your medical history, including: allergies (especially to sulfites or 'sulfa' medications, such as sulfamethoxazole), lung disease/breathing trouble, kidney disease, metabolism problems (e.g., glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency). Use of it med for prolonged or repeated periods may result at secondary infection of the skin (e.g., bacterial or yeast infection). this medication should be used only when clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss risks & benefits with your doctor. it is not known whether this medication is excreted into breast milk. Because of the potential risk to infant, breast-feeding while using it drug isn't recommended. Consult your healthcare professional before breast-feeding.

    Sulfamylon drug interactions: Tell some your physician of all prescription & nonprescription medication you may use. don't start or stop any medicine without healthcare professional or doctor approval.

    Sulfamylon Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact you're local poison control center or emergency room immediately. this medicine may be harmful if swallowed.

    Sulfamylon special notes: do not share this pill with others. Laboratory and/or medical tests may be performed to monitor for side effects and response to therapy.

    If you missed Sulfamylon dose: If you miss dose, use it as soon as you remember. If Its near the time about following dose, skip missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. do not double the dose to catch up.

    Sulfamylon Storage: Store at room temperature between 77 and 86 degrees F (25 to 30 degrees C) away from light & moisture.
