Ultra Fresh Usage: this drug is used to relieve dry, irritated eyes.

How to use Ultra Fresh: Use it drug in the eye as directed. To apply eye ointment/drops: Wash hands first. To avoid contamination, be careful not to touch the dropper or top of the ointment tube or let this touch your eye. Tilt your head back, gaze upward & pull down lower eyelid to make pouch. since drops, place the dropper directly over eye & administer prescribed number of drops. look downward & gently close your eye for 1 to 2 minutes. Place one finger at the corner about eye near the nose and apply gentle pressure. this will prevent medication from draining away from the eye. for ointment, hold the tube directly over eye & gently squeeze small ribbon of ointment into the eye. Slowly roll your eye in every directions to spread ointment. Try not to blink & do not rub the eye. do not rinse the dropper. Wash hands after use. If you using other eye medicines, wait at least five minutes before applying another medications.

Ultra Fresh side effects: this medication may temporarily sting some your eyes when first applied. If this continues or becomes bothersome or the condition for which this was prescribed does not improve within several days, inform your pharmacist. Vision may be temporarily unstable for some minutes after applying it. Use caution if driving or performing duties requiring clear vision. Notify your physician if you develop: skin rash, itching, eye pain or redness in or around eyes, headache. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact you're physician or pharmacist.

Ultra Fresh Precautions: Tell you're doctor if you have: another illnesses, any allergies. Tell your doctor if you are pregnant before using it drug. Though, to date, no problems have been noted in nursing infants, consult your pharmacist before you breast-feed.

Ultra Fresh pill interactions: Tell your physician of any over-the-counter or prescription drug you may use, especially of: other eye medication. do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or doctor approval.

Ultra Fresh Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact you're local poison control center or emergency room immediately. this medicine may be harmful if swallowed.

Ultra Fresh special notes: some products contain preservatives which can cause irritation in persons with allergies or damage soft contact lenses. Discuss various products with your health care professional.

If you missed Ultra Fresh dose: If you miss dose, use this as soon as remembered; do not use this if It's near clock for following dose, instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' the dose to catch up.

Ultra Fresh Storage: Store in room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat. Discard it if solution isn't clear or colorless. Close cap tightly after each use.
