Enduronyl Usage: this combination drug lowers blood pressure. It's used in the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure).

How to use Enduronyl: Take this medication exactly as prescribed. Try to take it at same clock each day. Take it with food or milk to avoid stomach irritation unless otherwise directed by some your physician. it is important to continue taking this medication even if you feel well. most poeple with HBP do not feel sick. do not stop taking this pill without consulting you're physician. few conditions may become worse when drug is suddenly stopped. some your dose may need to be gradually decreased.

Enduronyl side effects: Dizziness, drowsiness, headache, loss about appetite, nasal congestion, frequent urination or fatigue may occur as your body adjusts to medication. To avoid dizziness & lightheadedness when rising from seated or lying position, change positions slowly. Avoid prolonged standing and be careful on stairs. Inform some your physician if you develop: chest pain, an irregular heartbeat, shortness of breath, depression, impotence, stomach cramps, skin rash, nervousness. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your healthcare professional or pharmacist.

Enduronyl Precautions: this medication may increase sensitivity to sunlight. Avoid prolonged exposure. Wear protective clothing & use sunscreen. it medicine must be used only when clearly needed during pregnancy. Small amounts of this drug appear in breast milk. Consult with your physician before breast-feeding. Warning to diabetic patients: this pill may raise your blood sugar. It's best to avoid alcohol & becoming over-heated because of an increased likelihood of lightheadedness & dizziness. Be sure you're physician knows youre complete medical history especially if: you prone to depression, you have ulcers or gallstones. Tell youre doctor if you are allergic to sulfa drugs. You may also be allergic to this medication.

Enduronyl drug interactions: Inform you're doctor of every the medicine you use (both prescription and nonprescription), especially of: MAO inhibitors (e.g., furazolidone, linezolid, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine), digoxin. Avoid any medications that increase your heart rate or make you excited, like decongestants, because this may interfere with youre blood pressure medicine. Decongestants are commonly found in cough-and-cold medicines. If youre medicine contains thiazide & you take colestipol or cholestyramine, take the diuretic 1 hour before or 4 hours after cholesterol-lowering medicine because of decreased adsorption. do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or healthcare professional approval.

Enduronyl Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact you're local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include nausea, drowsiness, coma, slow heartbeat, dizziness, slow or shallow breathing, diarrhea, vomiting, muscle stiffness, leg pain, tremors, or unconsciousness.

Enduronyl special notes: Its important to have your blood pressure checked regularly while taking it medication. Learn how to monitor your blood pressure. Discuss this with you're doctor. this medication may reduce the potassium levels in your blood. Ask some your doctor about increasing your dietary potassium. sometimes potassium supplement med may be beneficial. Avoid bedtime dose because of increased urination.

If you missed Enduronyl dose: If you miss dose, use it as soon as remembered; do not take it if Its near time for following dose. Instead, skip missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up. money with your doctor if two or more doses have been missed.
