Acetaminophen JR Usage: it medication is used to relieve mild to moderate pain & to reduce fever.
How to use Acetaminophen JR: Take this medication as directed. do not take more acetaminophen than recommended (see Side Effects section). do not use for more then 10 days without consulting you're doctor. this medication isnot to be given to children under 3 years of age without your doctor's approval.
Acetaminophen JR side effects: When taken as directed, the majority of the people experience little or no side effects with this medication. Tell youre doctor immediately if any about these highly unlikely but very serious side effects occur: easy bruising or bleeding, persistent sore throat or other signs of infection. If you do not have liver problems, adult maximum dose of acetaminophen is 4 grams per day (4000 milligrams). If you take more then the maximum per day amount, it can cause serious (possibly fatal) liver disease. Tell some your doctor immediately if you have any of following symptoms of liver damage: severe nausea, yellowing eyes or skin, dark urine, stomach pain, extreme fatigue. at the unlikely event you have an allergic reaction to this medication, seek healthcare attention immediately. Symptoms of an allergic reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, trouble breathing. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact some your healthcare professional or pharmacist.
Acetaminophen JR Precautions: If you have any of the next health problems, consult your healthcare professional before using this medication: liver disease, alcohol dependency, any allergies. Acetaminophen JR Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include severe nausea, vomiting, excessive sweating, yellowing eyes or skin, dark urine, stomach pain, & extreme fatigue.
Acetaminophen JR special notes: Acetaminophen does not cause stomach & intestinal ulcers that aspirin & aspirin-like NSAIDs (e.g., ibuprofen, ketoprofen) may cause.
If you missed Acetaminophen JR dose: If you miss a dose, take as soon as remembered; do not take if It's almost time for following dose, instead, skip the missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.
Acetaminophen JR Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (between 15 & 30 degrees C) away from moisture & sunlight. don't store in bathroom. do not freeze liquid forms.
