Centrum Usage: Vitamins are the building blocks of body. They used to prevent or treat a vitamin deficiency due to poor nutrition, certain illnesses or during pregnancy.

How to use Centrum: Take as directed. Food may affect the absorption about certain vitamin products. However, some vitamin products may be best taken with food. Consult your pharmacist.
