Benzamycin Usage: it drug has antibacterial action which prevents pimples & blackheads. this also removes excess oil and dries the skin. it is used in treatment of mild to moderate acne.
How to use Benzamycin: this med is since topical use on affected area only. Avoid using this in eyes, mouth or nose or on inflamed or damaged skin. this is usually applied in morning & evening. 1st wash, rinse and dry the affected region. then apply a small amount of the medication and rub in gently with fingertips or an applicator. Wash hands after use.
Benzamycin side effects: Slight stinging, redness, eye irritation, itching, tenderness, dryness and peeling may occur initially. Expect this. However, if redness or irritation continue or become worse, notify your pharmacist. Moisturizers or cool compresses may help relieve irritation. this drug may stain hair or colored fabric. Use cautiously to avoid contact with clothing or hair. in the unlikely chapter you have an allergic reaction to this medication, seek medical attention immediately. Symptoms about an allergic reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, trouble breathing. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact some your healthcare professional or physician.
Benzamycin Precautions: Tell your physician if you have: other skin disorders, allergies (especially to antibiotics). Unless ordered by you're doctor, avoid sunlamps, sunbathing or other topical acne medications while using this med. Excessive skin irritation can occur. this med should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. it isnt known if it med is found in breast milk; consult you're doctor before breast-feeding.
Benzamycin drug interactions: Tell your doctor about any over-the-counter or prescription med you may use, including: other acne medications. do not start or stop any medicine with-out physician or pharmacist approval.
Benzamycin Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. this medicine may be harmful if swallowed.

If you missed Benzamycin dose: If you miss a dose, apply this as soon as remembered; do not use if it is almost clock for the next dose. Instead, skip the missed dose and resume you're usual dosing schedule.
Benzamycin Storage: Store the reconstituted gel in refrigerator but do not freeze. packet form about it drug may be stored at room temperature.
