Amicar Usage: this drug is used to treat excessive bleeding caused by problems with the blood clotting system.
How to use Amicar: Take it medication by mouth exactly as directed. it is important to take each dose at the correct time for this to be most effective. this may be taken with food if stomach upset occurs. don't skip any doses or take this more often than prescribed.
Amicar side effects: Though usually well tolerated this pill may cause stomach upset, nausea, loss about appetite, diarrhea, headache, dizziness or nasal stuffiness. If these symptoms continue or become bothersome, inform your doctor. Notify your doctor if you experience: weakness, muscle aches, ringing in ears, skin rash, mental confusion, seizures, persistent sore throat, unusual bleeding or bruising. in the unlikely event you have an allergic reaction to it drug, seek doctor attention immediately. Symptoms of an allergic reaction may include: difficulty breathing, fever, itching, swelling. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your healthcare professional or pharmacist.
Amicar Precautions: Tell some your doctor if you have any pre-existing conditions, such as: heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease, bleeding disorders, any allergies. this medication should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. If you missed Amicar dose: It's important to take each dose at the scheduled clock. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as remembered & contact your healthcare professional who will help establish new dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up unless directed to do so by your physician.
Amicar Storage: Store it medication at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat & light. do not store in bathroom.
