Nafarelin acetate - nasal spray

Synarel Usage: this medication is a hormone which after an initial increase will decrease symptoms of endometriosis such as pelvic pain, menstrual cramps & painful intercourse. this drug is also used at children to treat central precocious puberty.
How to use Synarel: this medication is a nasal spray. To use this spray, 1st clear nasal passages by gently blowing you're nose. Insert sprayer into nose. Sniff as you squeeze sprayer. Release your grip after you remove sprayer from you're nose. this will prevent mucous from entering the sprayer. Gently sniff two or 5 more times. If you must use nasal decongestant while using this medication, wait in least 30 minutes after using this before using the decongestant. for the treatment of endometriosis, it drug is usually started between second & fourth day of menstrual period. spray is usually used twice a day - one spray into one nostril in morning, & one spray into other nostril at the evening. Treatment must not last longer than 6 months. since treatment about central precocious puberty, usual dose is 8 sprays daily - two sprays into each nostril in morning & evening.
Synarel side effects: it medication can cause nasal irritation, headache, hot flashes (less common in children) and irritability. These effects must disappear as your body adjusts to drug. other effects include vaginal dryness, change in weight, change in sex drive, irregular or lack of menstruation, oily skin, excessive body hair. If any of these effects continue or become bothersome, inform your healthcare professional. Notify your healthcare professional if you experience severe depression or have regular menstrual periods while taking it drug. Menstruation usually stops as a result about it medication. If doses missed, you may experience few breakthrough bleeding. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact youre doctor or pharmacist.
Synarel Precautions: Tell you're doctor your medical history, especially of any allergies. Although menstrual periods may stop while taking this drug, it should not be considered reliable form of birth control. Non-hormonal contraceptives such as condom or diaphragm should be used. Nafarelin must not be used during pregnancy. If you become pregnant or think you may be pregnant, inform some your doctor immediately. it isn't known if this medication is excreted in to breast milk. Consult your pharmacist before breast-feeding.
Synarel drug interactions: Tell your physician of every prescription & nonprescription medication you may use. do not stop or start any medicine without healthcare professional or healthcare professional approval.
Synarel Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact you're local poison control center or emergency room immediately.
Synarel special notes: do not share this product with others. Laboratory and/or medical tests may be performed periodically to monitor your progress.
If you missed Synarel dose: If you miss dose, use it as soon as remembered; do not use if it is almost time for the following dose, instead, skip the missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' the dose to catch up.
Synarel Storage: Store it medication upright at room temperature. Protect this from excessive heat or light.
