Female, Age : 21-30 years old , Reason : Autoimmune Autonomic Neuropathy.
Side Effects : cramps, muscle twitches, slurred speech, drooling, relaxed jaw
Review : supposed to use it to help stimulate intestinal and bladder contractions... It works for about 3 weeks, and then stops working to help those problems. I get overdose symptoms every morning (above). I have already cut back from 60 mg twice daily to 45 mg twice daily... Tolerated the 45 mg fine for a couple weeks, but now its causing the above symptoms again, and not helping my bowels. Soo... guess its time for a call in to the doctor!
