Soba Ibuprofen Usage: Ibuprofen is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), which relieves pain & swelling (inflammation). it is used to treat headaches, muscle aches, backaches, dental pain, menstrual cramps, arthritis, or athletic injuries. this drug is also used to reduce fever & to relieve minor aches and pain due to common cold or flu. this med works by blocking the enzyme in your body that makes prostaglandins. Decreasing prostaglandins helps to reduce pain, swelling, & fever.
How to use Soba Ibuprofen: Take this medication by mouth with full glass (8 oz or 240 ml) of water unless your doctor directs you otherwise. do not lie down for at least 30 minutes after taking this drug. If stomach upset occurs while taking it drug, take this with food, milk, or an antacid. the dosage is based on you're medical condition and response to therapy. If repeat doses needed, they usually given 6 or 8 hours apart; or as directed by your doctor. When ibuprofen is used in kid, the dose is based on you're child's weight. Read the product instructions to find appropriate dose for youre child's weight. Consult physician or doctor if you have questions or if you need help in choosing the appropriate dosage form. in certain conditions (e.g., arthritis), it may take up to 2 weeks, taken regularly, before full benefits about this drug take effect. If you use it tablet for migraine headache, and pain is not relieved or worsens after first dose, tell your physician immediately. for nonprescription ibuprofen goods: If you are treating yourself or giving this med to children for undiagnosed fever or pain, consult pharmacist immediately if symptoms don't improve within 24 hours, worsen or last for more than 3 days, or if new symptoms appear.
Soba Ibuprofen side effects: Upset stomach, nausea, vomiting, heartburn, headache, diarrhea, constipation, drowsiness, and dizziness may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, notify your pharmacist or healthcare professional promptly. Tell your doctor immediately if any of these serious side effects occur: stomach pain, swelling of hands or feet, sudden or unexplained weight gain, ringing in ears (tinnitus). Tell your physician immediately if any of these unlikely but serious side effects occur: vision changes, rapid or pounding heartbeat, simple bruising or bleeding. Tell your doctor immediately if any of these highly unlikely but very serious side effects occur: change in amount about urine, severe headache, very stiff neck, mental/mood changes, persistent sore throat or fever. this med may infrequently cause serious (rarely fatal) bleeding from the stomach or intestines. If you notice any of the following unlikely but very serious side effects, stop taking ibuprofen & consult your doctor or pharmacist immediately: black stools, persistent stomach/abdominal pain, vomit that looks like coffee grounds. this drug may rarely cause serious (possibly fatal) liver disease. If you notice any of the following highly unlikely but very serious side effects, stop taking ibuprofen & consult your physician or pharmacist immediately: yellowing eyes & skin, dark urine, unusual/extreme tiredness. An allergic reaction to this med is unlikely, but seek immediate medical attention if it occurs. Symptoms of an allergic reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, severe dizziness, trouble breathing. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or physician.
Soba Ibuprofen Precautions: it medication must not be used if you have certain medical conditions. Before using this medicine, consult your doctor or pharmacist if you have: severe kidney disease, allergies to aspirin or another NSAIDs (e.g., naproxen, celecoxib). Before using this drug, tell your doctor or healthcare professional your medical history, especially of: kidney disease, liver disease, poorly controlled diabetes, stomach problems (e.g., bleeding, ulcers), heart disease (e.g., congestive heart failure), high blood pressure, swelling (edema, fluid retention), dehydration, blood disorders (e.g., anemia), bleeding or clotting problems, asthma, growths in nose (nasal polyps), history of an allergic reaction with symptoms of lip/tongue/throat swelling (angioedema), any allergies in addition to those listed above. it drug may make you dizzy or drowsy; use caution engaging in activities requiring alertness such as driving or using machinery. Limit alcoholic beverages. this medicine may cause stomach bleeding. daily use of alcohol and tobacco, especially when combined with this medicine, may increase your risk for stomach bleeding. Consult youre healthcare professional or pharmacist for more info. this tablet may make you more sensitive to sun. Avoid prolonged sun exposure, tanning booths or sunlamps. Use sunscreen and wear protective clothing when outdoors. Caution is advised when using it drug in the elderly because they may be more sensitive to side effects of tablet, especially stomach bleeding and kidney effects. this med should be used only when clearly needed during 1-st 6 months about pregnancy. It's not recommended for use during last 3 months of pregnancy due to potential for fetal harm and interference with normal labor/delivery. Discuss the risks & benefits with youre doctor. this tablet passes in to breast milk. While they're have been no reports of harm to nursing infants, consult some your pharmacist before breast-feeding.
Soba Ibuprofen pill interactions: Before using this drug, tell your physician or healthcare professional about every prescription & nonprescription products you may use, especially of: alendronate, another drugs for arthritis (e.g., aspirin, methotrexate), 'blood thinners' (e.g., warfarin), corticosteroids (e.g., prednisone), cyclosporine, hypertension drugs (including ACE inhibitors such as captopril, angiotensin II receptor antagonists such as losartan, and beta-blockers such as metoprolol), lithium, another NSAIDs (e.g., naproxen, celecoxib), 'water pills' (diuretics such as furosemide, hydrochlorothiazide, triamterene). cash all prescription and nonprescription medicine labels carefully for many contain pain relievers/fever reducers (NSAIDs such as aspirin or naproxen) which similar to this drug. If you also taking aspirin, as prescribed by your healthcare professional for reasons such as heart attack or stroke prevention (usually these dosages are 81-325 mg per day), continue to take aspirin & consult your physician or physician before taking ibuprofen. do not start or stop any medicine with out healthcare professional or healthcare professional approval.
Soba Ibuprofen Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include: severe stomach pain, coffee ground-like vomit, unusually fast or slow heartbeat, trouble breathing, extreme drowsiness, loss of consciousness, or seizures.
Soba Ibuprofen special notes: do not share this medication with others. Laboratory and/or medical tests may be performed periodically to monitor your progress or check for side effects. Consult your pharmacist for more details.
If you missed Soba Ibuprofen dose: If you prescribed this medication on a regular schedule (not just 'as needed') and you miss dose, use it as soon as you remember. If Its near clock about following dose, skip the missed dose & resume youre usual dosing schedule. do not double dose to catch up.
