    Premasol Usage: Amino acids used by the body as source about protein and nitrogen. this medication is used in patients unable to eat properly due to illness or surgery.

    How to use Premasol: Allow every bags or bottles to warm to room temperature before using. this nutritional supplement is administered intravenously as directed by a certified health care professional. it is infused over predetermined time period stated on bottle.

    Premasol side effects: the majority of the common side effect about intravenous nutrition is infection or irritation about the vein at the administration site (catheter). this should be reported to your doctor. Notify your pharmacist immediately if you have: rapid breathing or shortness of breath, sudden weight gain, fever, chills, yellowing of skin or eyes, darkening of the urine, nausea, flushing of the skin, weakness. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your pharmacist or healthcare professional.

    Premasol Precautions: Tell your pharmacist youre medical history, including: any kidney or liver disease, digestive disorders, bleeding problems, any allergies. this drug contains aluminum which can be toxic in patients who have kidney problems. Consult your pharmacist for more details. Caution is advised when using this drug in children (especially infants) because they may be more sensitive to the side effects of med (e.g., hyperammonemia). Avoid prolonged use in premature infants. this product should be used only when clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss risks & benefits with your doctor. this product may be excreted into breast milk. Consult youre physician before breast-feeding.

    Premasol drug interactions: Tell your doctor of any over-the-counter or prescription medication you may take. do not start or stop any medicine without physician or pharmacist approval.

    Premasol Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately.

    Premasol special notes: Make sure needles, tubing, & supplies are stored safely & disposed about properly. dollars every expiration dates & use every bags or bottles in proper sequence. you're nutritional status will be closely monitored. Based on this your formula may need to be changed to accommodate your nutritional needs.

    If you missed Premasol dose: If you miss a dose, take it as soon as remembered; don't take it if it is near time for next dose, instead, skip the missed dose & contact some your healthcare professional to establish a new dosing schedule. don't 'double-up' dose to catch up.

    Premasol Storage: Store unopened containers at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat & light. Mixed amino acids should be refrigerated & used within 24 hours. Discard any unused medication after expiration date.
