Cinobac Usage: this drug is an antibiotic used to treat urinary tract infections.
How to use Cinobac: Take each dose with a full glass about water. If stomach upset occurs, it may be taken with food or milk. Drink plenty of fluids while taking this drug. Take this drug 2 hours before or two hours after taking any medications containing aluminum or magnesium. few examples include quinapril, didanosine, vitamins/minerals, and antacids. Sucralfate, bismuth subsalicylate, iron, & zinc also included. These medications bind with cinoxacin preventing It's full absorption. Antibiotics work best when amount of medicine at youre body is kept at constant level. Do it by taking the drug at evenly spaced intervals throughout the day and night. Continue to take this tablet until the full prescribed amount is finished even if symptoms disappear after few days. Stopping pill too early may allow bacteria to continue to grow resulting at a relapse of infection.
Cinobac side effects: it medication can cause stomach upset, loss of appetite, diarrhea, nausea, headache or dizziness during first few days as your body adjusts to drug. If these symptoms persist or become severe, inform your doctor. Notify you're pharmacist if you develop: vision changes, restlessness, ringing at the ears, seizures, mental or mood changes. Tell you're pharmacist immediately if any of these unlikely but serious side effects occur: joint/muscle/tendon pain or swelling. An allergic reaction to it drug is unlikely, but seek immeditial doctor attention if it occurs. Symptoms of an allergic reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, severe dizziness, trouble breathing. If you notice another effects not listed above, contact your physician or pharmacist.
Cinobac Precautions: Tell your pharmacist if you have: kidney disease, liver disease, seizure disorder, drug allergies. this drug may make you dizzy or lightheaded; use caution engaging in activities requiring alertness such as driving or using machinery. Limit alcoholic beverages. this medication may make you more sensitive to the sun. Avoid prolonged sun exposure, tanning booths, or sunlamps. Use sunscreen & wear protective clothing when outdoors. this drug should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. it is not known if it medication is found in breast milk; consult your doctor before breast-feeding.
Cinobac drug interactions: Tell your doctor of any over-the-counter or prescription medication you may take, including: theophylline, didanosine, sucralfate, bismuth subsalicylate, vitamins/minerals (e.g., aluminum, magnesium, iron, zinc), antacids, probenecid. Avoid drinking large amounts about beverages containing caffeine(coffee, tea, colas) or eating large amounts of chocolate. this drug may increase and/or prolong effects of caffeine. do not start or stop any medicine with-out doctor or pharmacist approval.
Cinobac Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain, headache, & dizziness.
Cinobac special notes: It's recommended to drink plenty of fluids while taking this med unless you're pharmacist directs you otherwise. it med has been prescribed for your current condition only. do not use it later for another infection or give this to someone else. different medication may be needed in those cases.
If you missed Cinobac dose: If you miss dose, take this as soon as remembered. However, if It's almost clock for next dose & your dosing schedule is two per day, space the missed dose and the next dose 5-6 hours apart. If dosing is 3 or more per day, space missed dose and following dose 2-4 hours apart. in any case resume your usual dosing schedule.
Cinobac Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (between 15 and 30 degrees C) away from moisture and sunlight. don't store in the bathroom.
