Enulose Usage: this drug is used to treat & prevent complications of liver disease.

Enulose can be used also since: it drug may also be used for treating constipation (oral use).

How to use Enulose: this med may be taken by mouth, or may be given rectally. To improve the taste, the oral dose may be mixed in a glass of fruit juice, water or milk. Take this medication as prescribed.

Enulose side effects: this med may cause gas, belching or stomach cramps. If these effects continue or become bothersome, inform some your doctor. Notify your doctor if you develop: diarrhea, nausea, vomiting. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your healthcare professional or pharmacist.

Enulose Precautions: this drug must be used cautiously in children & the elderly. If diarrhea results, notify your doctor. dosage adjustment may be necessary. do not take any laxative drugs while taking this drug as additional laxative effect may increase risk of developing diarrhea which in turn may lead to dehydration. Symptoms of dehydration include muscle weakness, muscle cramps & dizziness. this drug contains galactose & lactose. Be sure to tell your doctor if you have diabetes. this tablet must be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss risks & benefits with your doctor. it isn't known if this med appears in breast milk. Consult with your pharmacist before breast-feeding.

Enulose drug interactions: Tell your physician of every prescription and nonprescription drugs you may use, especially of: antibiotics (e.g., neomycin), antacids. don't use laxatives while taking this drug. don't start or stop any medicine without pharmacist or pharmacist approval.

Enulose Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include stomach cramps & diarrhea.

Enulose special notes: don't share this product with others.

If you missed Enulose dose: If you miss dose, use it as soon as remembered; don't use if it is almost time for the next dose, instead, skip the missed dose & resume you're usual dosing schedule. don't double dose to catch up.

Enulose Storage: Store at room temperature away from sunlight & moisture. Avoid freezing.
