Permethrin Usage: this medication is used to treat scabies.

How to use Permethrin: this med is for use on the skin only. Apply carefully to the affected area as directed avoiding eyes, nose & mouth. Massage into skin. After 8 to 14 hours, wash off cream.

Permethrin side effects: Itching, tingling, numbness, redness or irritation may occur. If these effects continue, inform youre doctor. Notify your doctor if you develop: skin rash, burning or swelling skin. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or physician.

Permethrin Precautions: Tell your doctor if you have: other illnesses, any allergies. this drug should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risks & benefits with your physician. it is not known if it drug appears in breast milk. Consult your physician before breast-feeding.

Permethrin tablet interactions: Tell your doctor of any over-the-counter or prescription medication you may take. don't start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.

Permethrin Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. this medicine may be harmful if swallowed. Symptoms of overdose may include dizziness, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, headache, weakness, seizures, & loss of consciousness.

Permethrin special notes: One application is usually every that is needed. Flush eyes with water immediately should medication come into contact with your eyes.

If you missed Permethrin dose: Apply this medication as soon as possible after this is prescribed. Use only amount prescribed.

Permethrin Storage: Store in room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (15 and 30 degrees C) away from heat & light. don't store in the bathroom.
