    Metronidazole - topical

    Noritate Usage: it medication is used topically to treat inflammation due to certain skin infections (e.g., rosacea).

    How to use Noritate: Clean & dry the affected area before applying the medication. To apply, gently rub a small thin vid about med to the affected area & surrounding skin as directed. it may take about three weeks before any improvement is seen & up to nine weeks for full benefit. If no improvement is seen after three weeks, consult youre pharmacist. Avoid using this medication around the eye area.

    Noritate side effects: this drug may cause burning, stinging or redness when first applied to skin. this should disappear in few days as some your body adjusts to the medication. If these effects persist or worsen, inform your physician. Tell your doctor immediately if you have any about these unlikelybut serious side effects: tingling or numbness of the hands & feet. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact youre doctor or physician.

    Noritate Precautions: Before using this drug, tell you're healthcare professional some your medical history especially of: blood disorders (blood dyscrasia). this drug should be used cautiously during pregnancy only if clearly needed. Discuss risks & benefits with your healthcare professional. this tablet is excreted into breast milk. Breast-feeding while using this med isnt recommended. Consult with youre physician before breast-feeding.

    Noritate drug interactions: Inform your doctor of every the medicines (both prescription & nonprescription) you use. do not start or stop any medicine without healthcare professional or healthcare professional approval.

    Noritate Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. this medicine may be harmful if swallowed.

    Noritate special notes: this pill is prescribed for your current condition only. do not use it for another infection or share this with someone else. another infection later on may require different med.

    If you missed Noritate dose: If you miss dose, use it as soon as remembered; do not use if it is almost time for following dose, instead, skip the missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' the dose to catch up.

    Noritate Storage: Store at room temperature between 68 & 77 degrees F (20 to 25 degrees C) away from sunlight.
