    Corticosteroids - topical

    Simular Drugs : Psorcon, Psorcon E

    Psorcon E Usage: this medication is used to treat swelling, inflammation, or itching of skin conditions such as eczema, dermatitis, rashes, insect bites, poison ivy, allergies & other irritations.

    How to use Psorcon E: Clean and dry affected area before applying tablet. To apply, gently massage small amount of the medication into the affected area and surrounding skin. do not bandage, wrap or cover the area treated unless you instructed to do so by youre physician. do not use plastic pants or tight fitting diapers on child being treated with this medication in the diaper area. Avoid using this pill around eyes unless directed to do so by you're doctor.

    Psorcon E side effects: it drug can cause burning, stinging, itching, or redness when 1st applied to the skin. this should disappear in few days as your body adjusts to the drug. this med may also cause skin thinning and discoloration. If any of these effects persist or worsen, inform your physician. Skin infections can become worse when using this medication. Notify your doctor if redness, swelling or irritation does not improve. Very unlikely to occur but report promptly the following side effects: unusual weakness, weight loss, nausea/vomiting, fainting, dizziness. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or physician.

    Psorcon E Precautions: don't use this drug near eyes if you have glaucoma. Treatment with clobetasol, halobetasol propionate & augmented betamethasone dipropionate beyond two weeks consecutively isnt recommended. do not use if there is an infection or sores present on area to be treated. Though very unlikely, It's possible this drug will be absorbed into your bloodstream. this may have undesirable consequences that may require additional corticosteroid treatment. it is especially true for kid & for those who have used this since an extended period if they also have serious medical problems such as serious infections, injuries or surgeries. this precaution applies for up to one year after stopping use of it drug. Consult some your physician or doctor for more text. this drug should be used cautiously during pregnancy & only if clearly needed. Discuss the benefits & risks with your doctor. Small amounts of this medication may appear in breast milk. Consult with youre physician before breast-feeding.

    Psorcon E drug interactions: Tell your doctor of all medications you may use, (both prescription & nonprescription), especially of: prednisone (or similar drugs), other skin medicines. do not start or stop any medicine with out doctor or pharmacist approval.

    Psorcon E Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. it medicine may be harmful if swallowed.

    Psorcon E special notes: Inform all you're pharmacists you use (or have used) this drug. do not share this drug with others.

    If you missed Psorcon E dose: If you miss a dose, use this as soon as remembered; do not use if it is almost time for next dose, instead, skip the missed dose and resume you're usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' the dose to catch up.

    Psorcon E Storage: Store in room temperature away from sunlight. Avoid freezing.

    Medical alert: your condition may cause complications in medical emergency.
