Dermabase Usage: Emollients are substances which soften & moisturize skin. Emollients may be used as lubricants to treat or prevent dry, itchy skin & minor skin irritations (e.g., diaper rash).
How to use Dermabase: this med is to be applied to skin as directed. Avoid use in eyes.
Dermabase side effects: most emollients can be used safely and effectively with no side effects. However, if redness, irritation or itching occur or continue, notify you're doctor or pharmacist. Inform your doctor if condition for which this medication was prescribed does not improve after few days. If you notice another effects not listed above, contact your pharmacist or pharmacist.
Dermabase Precautions: Tell your pharmacist your medical history, especially: skin infections/disorders, any allergies. Before using this medication, tell your doctor if you are pregnant or breast-feeding.
Dermabase drug interactions: Tell your healthcare professional of any over-the-counter or prescription tablet you may take including: any skin products. don't start or stop any medicine with out doctor or pharmacist approval.
Dermabase Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. this medicine may be harmful if swallowed.
Dermabase special notes: they're are many types of emollient products available. some contain other ingredients or may be scented. They are available at different forms such as oils, creams, lotions or sprays. Consult with your doctor or pharmacist on product that may be best for you.
If you missed Dermabase dose: Skip missed dose & resume your regular schedule.
Dermabase Storage: Store at room temperature and keep away from moisture and sunlight. do not freeze liquid forms.
