Docusate Sodium Casanthranol Usage: this medication is used since the short-term treatment of constipation.

How to use Docusate Sodium Casanthranol: Take each dose with full glass about water or juice and drink plenty of fluids while taking it drug. Laxatives should not be used in persons experiencing stomach cramps, nausea or vomiting.

Docusate Sodium Casanthranol side effects: this tablet may cause diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, rectal irritation, stomach cramps or bloating. If these effects continue or become bothersome, inform you're healthcare professional. this medication can cause the urine to turn pink, red or brownish in color. do not be alarmed. this isn't harmful. Notify you're physician if you develop: rectal bleeding, weakness, dizziness, fainting, sweating, skin rash, persistent constipation. Docusate Sodium Casanthranol Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include severe diarrhea, nausea/vomiting, loss of appetite, muscle cramps, weakness, lack of feeling alert, or dry gums & eyes.

Docusate Sodium Casanthranol special notes: To maintain normal bowel habits, it is important to drink plenty of fluids (4 to six eight ounce glasses day), increase your intake of fiber and roughage & exercise regularly.

If you missed Docusate Sodium Casanthranol dose: If you miss a dose, take this as soon as remembered; don't take this if this is near time for the next dose, instead, skip missed dose and resume youre usual dosing schedule. don't 'double-up' dose to catch up.

Docusate Sodium Casanthranol Storage: Store in room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat and moisture. do not store in bathroom.
