Phenergan Vc Usage: Promethazine is an antihistamine used to relieve runny nose, watery eyes, sneezing and itchy throat. Phenylephrine is decongestant that provides relief from nasal or sinus congestion caused by allergies or common cold. the combination provides relief from sinus or nasal congestion caused by allergies or the common cold.

How to use Phenergan Vc: Take this medication with food if stomach upset occurs. Take this med as directed. do not increase the dose or take it more often or longer than prescribed. it is strong medication and must only be used for condition and by person for which it is prescribed. it should not be used for just any cough or cold. it is helpful to drink plenty of fluids (6-8 glasses day) to help relieve congestion.

Phenergan Vc side effects: Stomach upset, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, nervousness, restlessness, difficulty urinating, trouble sleeping, drowsiness or headache may occur the 1'st few days as your body adjusts to the drug. If these effects continue or become bothersome, inform your doctor. Notify your pharmacist if you develop: a skin rash, itching, rapid heart rate, convulsions, hallucinations. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact some your pharmacist or pharmacist.

Phenergan Vc Precautions: Tell you're doctor if you have: heart disease, kidney problems, liver disease, lung disease, asthma, ulcers, glaucoma, difficulty urinating or an enlarged prostate, seizures, history of med dependency, allergies (especially drug allergies). Because this medication can cause dizziness and/or drowsiness, use caution performing tasks requiring alertness & avoid consuming alcohol which can aggravate these effects. this drug should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Small amounts of this drug appears in breast milk; consult your doctor before breast-feeding.

Phenergan Vc med interactions: Tell your doctor of any over-the-counter or prescription tablet you may take, including: sleeping pills, sedatives, tranquilizers, muscle relaxants, drug for depression, anti-seizure drugs, narcotic pain drug (e.g., codeine), cimetidine. Tell youre healthcare professional if you have taken any MAO inhibitors (e.g., furazolidone, linezolid, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine), within the last two weeks. do not start or stop any medicine without healthcare professional or physician approval.

Phenergan Vc Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include sleepiness, unusual dizziness, enlarged pupils, fever, sweating, flushing, & seizures.

Phenergan Vc special notes: do not share it product with others.

If you missed Phenergan Vc dose: If you miss dose, take it as soon as remembered; do not take if it is almost time for the following dose. Instead, skip missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' the doses.

Phenergan Vc Storage: Store in room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from moisture & sunlight. do not store in bathroom.
