Sina 12x Usage: Guaifenesin is an expectorant used to help clear mucous and congestion. Phenylephrine is a decongestant which helps relieve nasal congestion. it combination tablet is used to treat symptoms associated with cold, allergies or respiratory tract illness.
How to use Sina 12x: Take it drug by mouth. tablets should be swallowed whole. do not crush or chew them. If stomach upset occurs, this may be taken with food or milk. Take this medication as directed. do not increase the dose or take it more often or longer than prescribed. it is recommended to drink plenty of fluids (6-8 glasses a day) to help relieve congestion.
Sina 12x side effects: Nausea, stomach upset, loss of appetite, nervousness, dizziness, or headache may occur the 1st some days as your body adjusts to medication. If these effects continue or become bothersome, inform you're doctor. Notify your healthcare professional if you develop: chest pain, rapid heart rate, anxiety, fear, difficult or painful urination, difficulty sleeping. Because this pill may cause dizziness, use caution performing tasks requiring alertness & avoid consuming alcohol which can aggravate this effect. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or healthcare professional.
Sina 12x Precautions: Tell your pharmacist if you have: pre-existing heart disease, kidney disease, liver disease, lung disease, emphysema, high blood pressure, overactive thyroid, diabetes mellitus, glaucoma, difficulty urinating, an enlarged prostate, history of seizures. this drug should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risk & benefits with your pharmacist. It's not known if this med appears in breast milk; consult you're physician before breast-feeding.
Sina 12x drug interactions: Tell your physician about any over-the-counter or prescription drug you may take including: sleeping meds, sedatives, tranquilizers, muscle relaxants, drug for depression, pill for high blood pressure. Tell your physician if you have, in the last 2 weeks, taken any MAO inhibitors: furazolidone, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine, linezolid. do not start or stop any medicine without physician or doctor approval.
Sina 12x Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms about overdose may include headache, dizziness, blurred vision, unusually fast or slow heartbeat, numbness about fingers, vomiting, drowsiness, fatigue, or seizures.
Sina 12x special notes: don't share this product with others.
If you missed Sina 12x dose: If you miss dose, take it as soon as remembered; don't take if it is almost time for the next dose, instead, skip missed dose and resume you're usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' the dose to catch up.
Sina 12x Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from moisture & sunlight. don't store in bathroom.
