Pyrilafen Tannate 12 Usage: Antihistamines provide relief of symptoms of allergies such as rash, hives, watery eyes, runny nose, itching eyes & sneezing. Decongestants relieve congestion, promote sinus draining & improve breathing.
How to use Pyrilafen Tannate 12: May be taken with food or milk to prevent stomach upset. Its recommended to drink plenty of fluids while taking this drug, unless your pharmacist instructs you otherwise. If symptoms do not improve after 7 days or are accompanied by high fever, notify your doctor. do not increase the dose or take this more frequently than recommended. suspension dosage form should be shaken well before each use.
Pyrilafen Tannate 12 side effects: may cause drowsiness, dizziness, headache, loss of appetite, stomach upset, blurred vision, restlessness, irritability and dry mouth & nose. These effects should subside as your body adjusts to the medication. If they persist or become bothersome, inform you're doctor. Notify your pharmacist if you develop: breathing difficulties, heart pounding, irregular heartbeat, chest pain, ringing in the ears, difficulty urinating. can cause dizziness especially when rising quickly from a seated or lying position. Change positions slowly & be careful on stairs. Use caution engaging in activities requiring alertness. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or doctor.
Pyrilafen Tannate 12 Precautions: Tell your doctor your medical history, especially of: asthma, glaucoma, ulcers, difficulty urinating due to an enlarged prostate gland, heart disease, HBP, seizures, an overactive thyroid gland, med allergies. USD this product's ingredient list for phenylpropanolamine (PPA). the FDA has issued warnings regarding PPA side effects. Consult you're doctor promptly if it contains PPA or if you uncertain this product has PPA. do not drink alcoholic beverages. this drug should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding. do not give this pill to child younger than six years of age unless directed to do so by healthcare professional.
Pyrilafen Tannate 12 drug interactions: Tell youre pharmacist what drugs you take, especially of: HBP drugs, anti-seizure drugs, antidepressants, sleeping meds, sedatives, tranquilizers, muscle relaxants, narcotic pain med, other cold or allergy tablet. do not take it drug if you have taken an MAO inhibitor (e.g., furazolidone, linezolid, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine) within the last 2 weeks. do not start or stop any medicine without pharmacist or physician approval.
Pyrilafen Tannate 12 Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact you're local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose in children may include dizziness, nausea/vomiting, abnormal eye movements, flushed face, dry mouth, change in amount about urine, fever, excitation, agitation, unconsciousness, bizarre behavior, confusion, restlessness, irritability, delirium, twitching, tiredness, abnormal tongue movement, trembling extremities, slurred speech, or seizures. Symptoms about overdose in adults may include nausea/vomiting, drowsiness, dizziness, or unconsciousness, which may be followed by excitement or seizures.

If you missed Pyrilafen Tannate 12 dose: If you miss dose, take as soon as remembered; don't take if It's almost time for the following dose, instead, skip the missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.
