    Eye lubricant - ophthalmic

    Celluvisc Usage: it medication is used to relieve dry, irritated eyes.

    How to use Celluvisc: Use it tablet in the eye as directed. To apply eye ointment/drops: Wash hands 1-st. To avoid contamination, be careful not to touch dropper or top about the ointment tube or let this touch your eye. Tilt youre head back, gaze upward & pull down lower eyelid to make a pouch. for drops, place dropper directly over eye and administer the prescribed number of drops. watch downward & gently close your eye for 1 to two minutes. Place one finger at corner of eye near the nose & apply gentle pressure. it will prevent the medication from draining away from the eye. for ointment, hold the tube directly over eye & gently squeeze a small ribbon of ointment at to eye. Slowly roll your eye in all directions to spread ointment. Try not to blink and do not rub eye. do not rinse the dropper. Wash hands after use. If you using other eye medicines, wait in least five minutes before applying another medications.

    Celluvisc side effects: it pill may temporarily sting some your eyes when first applied. If this continues or becomes bothersome or condition for which it was prescribed does not improve within several days, inform some your healthcare professional. Vision may be temporarily unstable since a several minutes after applying this. Use caution if driving or performing duties requiring clear vision. Notify your physician if you develop: skin rash, itching, eye pain or redness in or around eyes, headache. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.

    Celluvisc Precautions: Tell your doctor if you have: other illnesses, any allergies. Tell your pharmacist if you pregnant before using this medication. Though, to date, no problems have been noted in nursing infants, consult your doctor before you breast-feed.

    Celluvisc drug interactions: Tell youre physician of any over-the-counter or prescription medication you may use, especially of: other eye drug. do not start or stop any medicine with out physician or physician approval.

    Celluvisc Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. this medicine may be harmful if swallowed.

    Celluvisc special notes: several products contain preservatives which can cause irritation in persons with allergies or damage soft contact lenses. Discuss various products with youre health care professional.

    If you missed Celluvisc dose: If you miss a dose, use it as soon as remembered; don't use it if this is near the clock for next dose, instead, skip the missed dose and resume you're usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.

    Celluvisc Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat. Discard this if solution is not clear or colorless. Close cap tightly after each use.
